The first step in getting this ball rolling is to simply reach out. You can reach me through my contact page or social media channels. We'll schedule a consultation to learn more about each other and determine how we could be a great fit. During this call, I'll ask you about your business, your target audience, your media content's goal, and your outcome expectations. This is also an opportunity for you to ask me any questions you may have about my process, experience, and pricing.

Once we've established that we we're meant to be,  we'll either get started right away or I'll follow up to provide a detailed proposal outlining our scope of work and timeline as dependent on your project needs. More complex projects may require a deposit to begin. For Real Estate Agents and Vacation Hosts, I will send you resources on how clients can prepare their listing for shooting before I arrive.

For this part, thankfully you'll get to sit back and relax. Empty lots or vacant exterior shots can be completed without the need for the agent or owner's presence, although you will be provided with updates on my arrival and departure from the shoot. While I may chime in for necessary input on miscellaneous detail prior to shooting and during the editing process, you can continue to maintain your business without stepping away. Depentant on the scope of your project, you may recieve your digital download as soon as same-day or you will receive follow up with a sequence of draft reviews.

Once your project is complete, we will go over a final review to ensure your satisfaction, discuss any additional details & provide the final payment invoice for rendered services. Most Video / Photo / Design Files will be provided to you through a Google Drive link, allowing you to view and download all full-resolution files of your project. Physical-storage & Hard-copies are available at an additional cost, unless stated in the initial project proposal as included. Projects with recurring monthly services will be billed on the First (1st) of each month.

It should never really be "Goodbye"... Because, we're just getting started as the best is yet to come!
