Property Aerials
Exact address of shoot should be provided at the time of booking to ensure there are no flight restrictions within the immediate area such as airports, prisons or any other federally regulated airspaces.

What services do you offer?
From Photography, Videography and Aerial Solutions; all the way to Digital Renderings, Posters, Tickets, Flyers, Website Design and Beyond! All services are based out of Merced, CA
What’s your process?
Once we've had a chance to discuss your project, I will provide you with aservice outline or service proposal and strategy. if everything looks good, we'll begin Shooting / Designing & Editing. Once final details are buttoned-up on your project, we will complete a final project review & invoice, and on to see what the future holds. Discover the full details.
How much does it cost?
As I charge by individual project, many standard services I offer for Real Estate Agents, Developers and Vacation Rental Hosts have set rates and can be found on the Pricing Page along with rates for Printable Designs & Web Services
What is the Turnaround Time?
Turnaround Rates for standard individual services will be listed within their descriptions on the Pricing Page. Most introductory Photo & Aerial services include Same-day turnaround (12 hours) while other services range from 24-48 hour turnaround. For more complex projects, turnaround schedules and timeline will be outlined within the project's proposal.
What tools do you use?
I use awide range of Equipment from Laptops, iPads, Desktop, DSLRs, Drones & Cinema Cameras, to Gimbals, Monopods, Led Lighting, External Monitors and more! When it comes to content creation programs, I use Adobe's Creative Suite of Photoshop, Lightroom, After Effects and Illustrator as well as Final Cut Pro, Davinci resolve, Figma Design, Canva and Webflow. Much of the music licensed for past projects have been from Muscbed, Epidemic Sound & Soundstripe Services.
