Property Renovation Render

A custom warehouse renovation design for an existing structure which was proposed to an international high-end car manufacturing company. The warehouse proposal intended the warehouse to be repurposed for a high-speed acceleration test facility with direct airstrip access. We took multiple photos of the location while the client chose their favorite half-dozen photos from the set to render to their specs, including black & grey two-tone walls, finished floors, daylight led interior lights and miscellaneous trash removal along with basic touch-up.
